There are 3
precisely defined
ways that make you a “natural born” citizen of the United
States.
1) jus
soli (right of
birthplace).You
were
born in the USA. 2) jus
sanguinis (right of
blood) Both parents were US citizens and
legally married at the time of your birth and you are a product of that
union. You can be
born anywhere in the
world with
only one restriction to claim US citizenship. One
of the parents MUST have resided in the U.S. prior to the child's
birth. No
specific period of time for such prior residence is required.
3)
jus
sanguinis (right of
blood) One parent is a U.S. citizen with
restrictions upon your ability to claim US citizenship. One citizen
parent born before November 14, 1986, the citizen parent
must have lived in the United States for at least 10 years, 5 of which
must be
after the parent’s 14th birthday)

mother’s DOBNovember 29, 1942

As you can
see Obama does
not qualify to claim citizenship by right of blood as he was born 3
months to
early.He can only
claim citizenship
through
right of birthplace, so his mother would have to give birth to him in
the US
not abroad.
Furthermore
unless Obama
has gone through the process of becoming a naturalized citizen, making
him ineligible
to be President of the United States, he is not even a citizen of the
United
States.
